Tuesday:

Squats: Titan Boss, straps down, knee wraps on: 225kg x 2, 2 sets
This was very tiring but it felt good, especially to say it was walked out Happy

Lots of sessions to update:

Wednesday:
Deadlift: 215kg x 2, 2 sets
Close grip Bench: 95kg x 2, 3 sets

Felt good!

Thursday:
Shirted bench: 130kg x 1 to 2 board, 140kg x F to 1 board
Felt crap! Unhappy Too tired, mentally and physically.

Monday:
Squat: Titan Boss, straps down, knee wraps: 230kg x 2, 2 sets
Felt great! Hardestpart was the walk out which of course wont be a problem on comp day!

Close Grip Bench Press: 97.5kg x 2, 3 sets

Wednesday:
Deadlift: 220kg x 2 - 2 rep PB

Thursday:
Squats: Titan boss suit, straps down, knee wraps on: 235kg x 2 - 2 rep PB

GAINS.

Saturday:
Bench: 140kg x 1 in the shirt, near touch. Much better than the abomination that was my last shirted session but not as good as the one where I benched 150kg.

Monday:
Squat: Titan Boss suit, straps down, no knee wraps: 210kg x 3, 2 sets
Felt good, will be going for a big squats straps up on Saturday Happy

Wednesday Lunch:
Close grip bench: 100kg x 2, 3 sets

Wednesday PM:
Deadlift: 225kg x 2 - 2 rep PB

Saturday:
Squats: Titan Boss suit, straps up loose, knee wraps on: 250kg x 1 - BOOM PB
Bench: 140kg x 2, so freaking close I could almost feel the bar on my chest.

Monday:
Squats: Titan Boss suit, straps down, now knee wraps: 212.5kg x 3
Felt pretty good today considering I squatted 250kg on Saturday Happy I wanted to do more sets but sadly ran out of time in my lunch break after I managed to get nearly to the gym and realise I had forgotten to pack a tshirt! So after a dash to sports direct I got to the gym without much time to spare!

Wow this has gotten out of date. Been busy and been ill.

But I have got 135kg to the touch twice and squatted 260kg Happy Deadlift moving along nicely, pulled 230kg this week.

After recovering from my internet aids I have had a good final weeks training and IVe got a week to go before my comp, I cant wait!

I will update my total next week with 3 new PBs Grin
