Was tough going but for my first proper session back in the shirt, not too bad. | ||

I had to combine my Friday and Saturday sessions so I could help Smalls at his WL comp on the Saturday. Was worth it because I had a good session and had a good day with Smalls on the Saturday. Friday 25th March: Bench Press: 40kg x 5 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 70kg x 3 80kg x 3 90kg x 2 100kg x 1 Shirt on 120kg x 1 - 3 board 125kg x 1 - 2 board 125kg x 1 - 2 board 130kg x 1 - 1.5 board 132.5kg x 1 - 0.5 board Squats: Suit on, rolled down 45kg x 5 65kg x 5 85kg x 5 105kg x 3 125kg x 3 145kg x 3 Suit rolled up, straps down 165kg x 3 Knee wraps on 185kg x 3 Straps up 205kg x 1 215kg x 1 220kg x 1 225kg x 1 Deadlifts: 60kg x 5 - DOH 80kg x 5 - DOH 100kg x 5 - DOH 120kg x 3 140kg x 2 160kg x 2 180kg x 2 190kg x 2 197.5kg x 2 - 2 rep PB Feeling good 3 deadlift PBs in a row, just got to keep that going. Two weeks of heavy singles and then comp time on the deadlift. One more really heavy squat session, one heavy session and then comp time on squats. I think the band easily gave 25kg+ at the top so im happy with how it felt. Assistance was good and now im squatting 2x I have a bit more time and energy for it. | ||
