Got two weeks of heavy training left, then its comp week Happy

Jan 28th: Raw with knee wraps

Then straight into equipment, squat suit and bench shirt, for BPC qualifier 17th March in Wales.

Plan is to nail some PBs!

So I got to the gym feeling crap. Tired and with a dose of manflu brewing I wasn't expecting great things. But in the end I had a great session. All my lifts felt good and I even bagged a cheeky bench PB and went heavier on deadlift than I had planned. Awesome Happy

Happy with the deadlifts, 205kg was easy enough and that will be my opener. I think one of my problems with my deadlift last year was opening too heavy. Opening lighter this time with 205 hopefully being more like a final warm up done on the platform.

Nice, easy session. Only a few days left now! Finally got a session in on the monolift, just in time. On the new Ralls platform. Solid and flat, after 6 years of training I am now training on a flat floor, what a novelty!
