Nothing special the last few weeks but I got a nice Sumo deadlift PB 210kg in the suit but the bar had no knerl at all where my hands were Proper updates: Monday: Squats: 160kg x 2, 6 sets Bench: 100kg x 2, 3 sets Plus pullups, back extensions, gunz Tuesday: Close Grip Bench: 95kg x 2, 3 sets Plus dips and raises All feeling pretty good | ||

Today I got a nice and comfortable 500kg training total, 180kg squat, 110kg bench and 200kg deadlift. Happy with that. 110kg is the most I have benched flat footed too. | ||
