Thursday was all assistance, Saturday back to the barbells!

Bench: 80kg x 3, 3 sets
Beltless Sumo Deadlift: 140kg x 3, 3 sets
Beltless Squat: 140kg x 4, 4 sets

Eased my way back into it. Happy

So few updates...

Back to updating! Nothing special the last few weeks but I got a nice Sumo deadlift PB 210kg in the suit but the bar had no knerl at all where my hands were Happy

Proper updates:

Monday:

Squats:
160kg x 2, 6 sets

Bench:
100kg x 2, 3 sets

Plus pullups, back extensions, gunz

Tuesday:

Close Grip Bench:
95kg x 2, 3 sets

Plus dips and raises

All feeling pretty good Happy

Friday:

Bench Press: 85kg x 4, 4 sets
Plus kb swings

Saturday:
Squats: 170kg x 3, 3 sets
Deadlift: 160kg x 3, 3 sets

Still deciding what comp to do next, in the mean time just gonna keep on getting stronger Happy

Squat:
150kg x 3, 3 sets

Hyper extensions, pull-ups

1km on the bike

Tuesday:

Close Grip Bench:
80kg x 4, 4 sets

OHP:
50kg x 3

DB rows (24kg, 30kg, 36kg x 20), Gunz

1.3km on the bike.

Didn't fancy much volume today.


All in all a decent weeks training considering the lack of training the two weeks before.

I think the idea of me doing updates regularly is long gone...

Today I got a nice and comfortable 500kg training total, 180kg squat, 110kg bench and 200kg deadlift. Happy with that. 110kg is the most I have benched flat footed too.
