In the video you break at the knees and hips at the same time which means that you don't sit back as far and your knees travel forward. I don't wear gimp gear though so I may be talking balls | ||

BTN jerk tech 3 sets of 5 60kg (just tech work) Front raises 3 x 10kg d bells 12 reps Side raises 3x 10kg d bells 12 reps Nice and light day not got a heavy session in me atm | ||

Pull downs- Warm ups with 150lbs 216lbs 5 reps 288lbs 5 reps Body weight pull ups- 2 sets of 5 Cable rows (light)- Full stack 200lbs 3 sets of 10 with stretches Dumbell rows- 3 sets of 5 each side 145lb dbell Shrugs with frame (free weight)- 60kg x10 100kg x10 140kg x10 180kg x10 So sore so so sore ha just had a nice sesh newt major | ||
