9x WSM finalist! Member 662, 3372 posts | Anything that is lower body and for high reps. When I train fingals finger my legs take the battering! I reckon pushing a van for fairly long distances would help

always trolling for a reaction Member 753, 1280 posts | Could you not replicate a T-Bar row but 'clean' it from the other side. By this I mean stick on end of the bar in a corner, load the other end up with weights and then lift similar to how you would a finger? Also, bicep curls.

he's got betty davis eyes Member 1684, 6001 posts SQ 250, BP 186, DL 291727.0 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | I have only dont it once, in my last comp. I had no idea how to train it, and found on the day that it didn't feel anything like I expected it to feel. I liked it, but I am still not sure how to train for it. High rep partial lunges with the heaviest thing you can hold overhead perhaps. Leg drive is definately the biggest factor. I found the pick up and clean easy, and the event ok generally, but could have done with being a bit quicker and more coordinated, but I dont know how to do that without the kit

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22062 posts | Never done it. I don't want to be too pessimistic, but I'm confident that I'd be utterly s**t at it!

You could see the difference between the tall and short guys.

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22062 posts | I'd have to apply more force than everyone else because I'd be further down the finger!
