Felt a bit dodgy early on due to the previous nights alcohol consumption and macdonalds breakfast but felt better as we got going. Well happy with my deadlift and strict press PB's, definitely helped with everyone cheering you on. Great to meet everyone and put some faces to names. Hopefully we will all be back there next year for a repeat performance! | ||

I'll get the videos uploaded tomorrow at some point though. Anyway, well done Mr Ed. It was a simply smashing day! A lovely day out for the Owl and I with smashing people.  PS.
