He's a monster, but always looks uncomfortable in his squat videos.

What was wrong with his form?

Looks massive and the squats were very nice.

I have found using a safety bar I prefer it with no knee wraps. The bar tends to tip you forward and add the knee wraps it can make it even more so. Maybe it's just personal preference but might be worth a try ed if you read this

Is that a new version of the bar?

Mine is whippy-er than an oly bar with anything over 300 on it!

I think the bar throws him forward more than a normal oly bar.

Very strong but that looked no good for the lower back lol

Just a different make maybe. Mine bends like crazy even with 180 on it.

I recently got a bar from watsons same as Eddie has this one and they made it extra strong for me so maybe did the same

Yeah mine is from Watsons but its probably 4-5 years old or so. I'm sure mine doesnt have the reinforced corners on it.

And yeah it bends alright - so much so I have to drop the rack height down as the weight goes up as it doesnt leave the rack when I stand up with it!

Same as the one I use. If I don't have collars on over 180 the plates slide off

Agree, this bar is a brutal f**ker, will try and tip you forward at every opportunity.

I was told the angle on the Watson SSB was wrong and more like a cambered bar, dropping the weight rather than putting it infront of you? Anyone else heard similar or used the York bar? I'm looking at getting one so feedback is appreciated.
