Trying out wider grip with less tuck and focussing on the line Keys/Thompson style. Few sets of decline for lols Seated db shoulder press 26kg - 4 x 12 reps Close grip bench 80kg - 2 x 8 reps lol... skullcrushers 27.5kg - 3 x 10 reps, minimal rest tut ken Fluff db laterals - 10kg 3 x 12 reps low cable laterals - 30lbs 3 x 10 reps bent over cable laterals - 25lbs 3 x 10 reps pushdowns - 2 sets to failure tune of the workout W&W - Alligator F*ckhouse | ||
