Easing back into flat benching after some time off. Trying out wider grip with less tuck and focussing on the line Keys/Thompson style.
Few sets of decline for lols
Seated db shoulder press
26kg - 4 x 12 reps
Close grip bench
80kg - 2 x 8 reps lol...

27.5kg - 3 x 10 reps, minimal rest tut ken
Fluff
db laterals - 10kg 3 x 12 reps

and triple bodyweight deadlifts for a triple is pretty bloody good for just coming back after 4 weeks of peanut butter sandwiches.
