240kg x 3 reps, cheers for the chalk drew

BW 81kg, strength coming back mmm

Light Squats

60kg – 2 x 5 reps
80kg x 5 reps
100kg x 5 reps
120kg - 3 x 5 reps

All done beltless

Db row

40kg x 10 reps
66kg x 6-8 reps
56kg x 15 reps

V-bar pulldowns

Stack 5 x 12 reps
Stack 10 x 9 reps
Stack 8 x 10-12 reps

Wide grip pulldowns

Stack 4 x 10 reps
Stack 8 x 8-10 reps
Stack 6 x 10-12 reps

Chest supported row

2 sets to failure

Facepulls

50lbs - 5 x 20 reps

finished off with a chat pb with keys and thompson

Light Bench/assistance Saturday 15/10/11

Trained with the 2 manlets, mackie and jc

Bench

Bar x lots
60kg x 5 reps
80kg x 5 reps
100kg - 3 x 5 reps, last reps paused

Easing back into flat benching after some time off. Trying out wider grip with less tuck and focussing on the line Keys/Thompson style.

Few sets of decline for lols

Seated db shoulder press

26kg - 4 x 12 reps

Close grip bench

80kg - 2 x 8 reps lol...

skullcrushers

27.5kg - 3 x 10 reps, minimal rest tut ken

Fluff

db laterals - 10kg 3 x 12 reps

low cable laterals - 30lbs 3 x 10 reps

bent over cable laterals - 25lbs 3 x 10 reps

pushdowns - 2 sets to failure

Cheers for dropping in. Usually have two 'big' lifts per session, a few assistance type exercises and recently some bb fluff.

and triple bodyweight deadlifts for a triple is pretty bloody good for just coming back after 4 weeks of peanut butter sandwiches.

haha any particular member of boyzone? I don't think keys is boy band material am afraid.. You also forgot the alpen lol

Strong stuff. Are you a bit lighter than you used to be? Really good deadlifting for the 83s.

Cheers mate. Yeah I'm currently sitting around 82kg, so lost quite a considerable amount of weight over the summer! Had a browse of your log, you have been making some great progress
