"Sorry it took so long to get up, but here is a video of some sandbag pressing I did a week ago Thursday. I was pretty beat up that day, but I'm hoping to have a better go of it this coming Thursday. One more bag/block press day and one more log day next week and my press training for WSM will be done!"
