Im not entirely sure they just am sending me to the private place, not sure whats happening exactly, most people in cornwall have some money they have too in order to live down here, everything is expensive specially houses.

went for 85kg but couldnt even clean the bar probably due to the volume and worried about knee

Close grip floor press

110kg x 2 (pb although turned a small bit to the side while pressing think grip was slightly wrong)

Not sure why but deadlifts feel so much harder at home, maybe its the unequal ground i do it on?

Zercher squats out of rack

Yeah wanted to try these so put it as low as it would go and zerchered them up from here felt good on the knee but not the arms!

90kg x 3
100kg x 3
110kg x 3
120kg x 3
130kg x 3
140kg x 2 (pb since ive never done them)


squats (wanted to test my knee some more)

check these and some would just abit hit parrell but dept is not something im worrying about just wanna keep the knee happy


bent over rows
(never done two handed ones)

bent over 1 arm rows
(for each arm)
30kg x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10

felt like doing some high rep work and 30kg is the limit on my normal dumbbells, didnt fancy having to grip my axle dumbbells today Happy
