Ummm im still in pasty land until 10th of april. training in my caravan lol, its abit hard to tell with my leg some days it feels alright some its worse, i know i cant make fast movements on it and cant get into a squat position but some things seem possible, booking an MRI but hoping its not cartlige basically.

Cheers, i really dont know how long this leg is going to take to heal without an MRI its hard to tell it could be soft muscle, ligiments or at worst cartlige but because it seems to be getting better i am hoping i can rule out cartlige. I am actually living a nightmare atm! :/

Well without the MRI its hard to tell what it really is, and the waiting list for a MRI can be 1 month. The physio didnt think it was cartlige but retweaking it like i did i have no idea :S
