One in Cornwall my local comp, training hard for it.

Event session

Sledge drag on grass with 2' grip

75kg x 40 meters
90kg x 40 meters
100kg x 40 meters

this was killer i was like jelly after this weights arent heavy i guess the grass just sucks

Farmers (wrapped the knee and tested it out my knee and farmers for first time)

50kg x 35 meters
80kg x 35 meters
100kg x 10approx meters (then the collars fell off)
100kg x 10approx meters (then the collars fell off)

tightened with a spanner

100kg x 35 meters (1 drop was just trying to go too fast and took too big stride)

sandbag carry

91kg x 35 meters
91kg shouldered! x 35 meters

Also atlas stone platform is now 90% compete just need to screw the top parts onto it, is looking nice 42, 48,54 inches Happy will post a pic

(Its the hottest day i ever remember in cornwall heat nearly killed me)

Pretty much all this stuff was PB's

Had the MRI result back just now, its a cartilage tear, even though i know this was a possible outcome i am pretty shocked and gutted by it.

Referred to a specialist which will assess if they can attempt to fix it or trim the cartilage where the problem is.

sorry to hear that ryan - big tears in centre need operations. Small tears on outer cartlidge can heal on their own, am i right ryan?

which is yours??

If there is blood supply going past it there is a chance it can heal itself, apparently its a radial Meniscus Tear according to the doctor. Its requiring something done but what yet depends on what the specialist says.

Cheers Hixxy

got my atlas stone platform finished so had to give it a try, just avoiding to us get low to pick up the stone and not sitting back with it

80kg to 54' x 4

each one i had between 30 secs and 1min no tacky

decided to get my other stone out, but upon putting abit of tacky on my hands and not really on my forearms due to not having shaved the tacky took up alot of dust from the stone, didnt look dusty but will give them a clean

100kg to 46' x 4 1 fail (had it on the lip pushing it on and my grandad ran over thinking i was gonna drop it scared the hell outta me then i dropped it lol)

these where with about 1min rest in between

then a few hours later in the day

chinups

bw+5kg x 5 (pb)
bw+5kg x 3
bw x 4
bw x 5

one arm bent over row 2inch dumbbell
left and right arm

32.5kg x 6
42.5kg x 6
52.5kg (strap) x 6 (guess these are pb's)
62.5kg (strap) x 6 (pb)

Good mornings (first time trying this just getting form right)

20kg x 5
50kg x 5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
75kg x 5 (pb default)

Also got my appointment with a private part of the hospital for my knee on june 14th
