It old age Dan. Keep smart. Only you can hurt yourself. Adjust according to how you feel. But anyway sneaky them ladies are. It always seems that they always have a plan b that only includes their benefit. I smack the accelerator even when the well is dry. Team?? Kinda sad looking at money I make and what happened to it. Hey be a fatalistic as the broke joke to the working man's last of his shekels. You cat take it with you.

Squats - 13 x 105kg.
I was tired today, as I got home from work 11:45 - and I was up for work at 5:30. So I'm pretty happy with this.
Belt Squats holding a 25kg plate on chest - 2 x 20, then 1 x 10.
Light Leg Press - 3 x 20
Leg Curls - 3 x 10
Banded Back Extensions - 5 x 10
Abs - 5 x 20

Been on nights. Lazily failed to get to the gym once last week.

SSB Squats - 3 x 55, 65, 75, 85, 95, 105kg
Leg Press - 1 x 20
Sled push - 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120kg. Two lengths each, b2b.
KB Goblet Squats - 5 x 5
Abs

My training partner - who I work with - has been signed off for 3 weeks from work.

More importantly than all that, he is a friend of mine.

He has gone full radio-silence; and there are some rumours around work that he is actually very poorly indeed.

(Hemiparalysis of some sort...)

Everyone assumed that I was aware of this; but I have not heard from him in 4/5 days - which is very unlike him.

I will have to wait and see what transpires.

Heard from my mate.
He awoke with Bells Palsy. Which, whilst being a horrible Sunday morning, is not as bad as other forms of paralysis - I suppose.
Really glad to hear from him.

Deadlift sans belt; I'm lifting shoes - up to 180kg
SSB Squats - 3 x 45, 65, 85, 105kg. Then 2 x 10 x 75kg.
Sled push - Added 20kg every two lengths up to 140kg.
Pull-ups up to BW + 25kg

He is only 26; so it must be a worry for a young man to have to deal with something like that.

I have taken on board your advice on choosing your fights; and have started lifting accordingly.

Am I drinking too much water, or did I lose too much too fast.
You got a bad wheel, but got lucky and got it to the store and back. Cut the carbs? Overtrain/undertrain/underdog
Who knows really what to do. The 3rd eye? What eye? Where the hell did I die Frampton?this must be a dream, I never know what I mean. Come on bromate let's do this again! :^)
