Weigh In & Registration: 9am-10.30am. Athletes Meeting: 11.00am Start Time: 11.30am Entry Fee: £15 Events: 1. 120KG Log for Reps – All Reps Clean & Press – 75secs Time Limit (Head to Head) 2. Loading Medley from 5-10m - all to be carried and loaded in any order - 135KG Anvil, 107KG Barrel, 115KG Barrel + 135KG 'Tampon' Duck Walk (90secs time limit) 3. 140KG Farmers for Maximum Distance - Turn at 20m – One drop and Out (Head-Head) 4. Deadlift for Maximum Weight (Olympic Bar) – 3 Attempts, PL Style - Suits & Straps Allowed 5. 340KG Yoke for 20m – Multiple Drops Allowed – Fastest Time wins 6. 160KG Stone to 48” for Reps - 75secs Time Limit (Head-Head) Top 3 athletes will qualify for BSM u105KG 2011 in Scotland later in the year Competitors will be provided with competitor T-shirts, and Top 3 athletes will receive trophies.
