Power Cleans
40, 50, 60, 70, 75kg x 3 a front squat in each set too.

Squats.
60, 80, 85kg x 5
90kg x 3, 5.
60kg x 10. Killer!

Overhead Press
40, 50kg x 5
55kg x 3, 5.
40kg x 10. Killer again.

Chinups
BW -7 plates x 5 x 2
