I hit a pb today with a chest infection

Any grub you recommend having before bed? I want to add a bit more food a day to my diet and thinking this time as I'm always peckish by then and always end up with a couple of biscuits or something.
Would like something that's not going to sit on my stomach all night and does all the right stuff to your body during sleep that all you nutritionists know about.
Or even any decent supplements for that time. I know cassien is one I've read is good to have before bed, but ideally just something quick and easy to eat?

What I should have: cottage cheese.

What I do have: Stilton, almonds, cashews, scratchings, treacle caramels, chocolate-coated pistachio Turkish delight (except I've run out and can't find any more).

shake made with - orgnaic peanut butter (somehow we cna get waitrose stuff over here), couple scoops protein, half tin cocnut milk, milk or cream, banana, honey, and some frozen strawberries!

Flapjacks, toast, meat. Not necessarily in that order.

I used to make up a shake to have if I woke during the night. If I was intending to compete at a high level I might bring that back in, nowadays I just try to ensure I get what I need at some point during each 24 hour period.
