I hit a pb today with a chest infection Member 3283, 1921 posts | Any grub you recommend having before bed? I want to add a bit more food a day to my diet and thinking this time as I'm always peckish by then and always end up with a couple of biscuits or something. Would like something that's not going to sit on my stomach all night and does all the right stuff to your body during sleep that all you nutritionists know about. Or even any decent supplements for that time. I know cassien is one I've read is good to have before bed, but ideally just something quick and easy to eat? | ||

If I was intending to compete at a high level I might bring that back in, nowadays I just try to ensure I get what I need at some point during each 24 hour period. | ||
