FOOD: Just to let all you hungry people know there is food available on sunday, Intershapes ever resourceful Margret is offering Lasagne and Thai Chicken green curry. There are protein shakes available in about 8 flavours too along with all the usual supplements and soft drinks. | ||

Slight miscommunication Bryn, sorry mate.And yes, he was definitely intending to lift as of Wednesday: Alan was translating his openers into kg and writing them down for him . | ||

Ah, my communications to you weren't intended to be in any sense representitive of Adlington - just me letting you know about people who were intending to lift basically cos I didn't know who had sent in forms/cheques etc. I assume he has? FWIW I believe Adlington is fielding me, Pete, BDFPA-Rick, Aaron and Ste (in decreasing weight order ). | ||
