Everything seems to be improving again and I feel a lot fitter. | ||

Aiming for a 250 squat by the end of 2012 Member 1989, 3168 posts SQ 240, BP 140, DL 270650.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | Friday 15/2/13 531 Week 2 Phase 2 Strict press W/ups 3 sets increasing weights. 60x3 67.5x3 75x3 Left side went up easy, right would hardly move 50x10 60x6 75x4 Right shoulder pain still Pressing on an oly bar is getting sacked off for now until I get this shoulder sorted out!! Squats 50x10 100x6 120x6 145x3 easy 165x3 still easy 185x3 WTF!! Form was all over the place....... So I did some more 185x3 185x3 Had to pick daughters up from youth group, so had 10 mins break and a word with myself. Then.... 185x5 better, but not what I was hoping for. Front Squats 100x6 120x4 130x4 Rep Pb 140x1 140x1 legs wobbly now. High bar back squats 100x10 just to flush some blood through. Pull ups 10x b/w 5 +20kg 5 +30kg 3 +40kg 2 +50kg just for a laugh. Right, Stricts can get to fook for now it hurts too much. Going to stick to log and dumbell until the shoulder is sorted. Squats were all over the place, just a bad I guess. Not done weighted pull ups for ages and my previous pb was +35kg! | ||

Swimming 25m underwater and loads of other stuff totalling about 1 3/4 hours, followed by 15 mins in the spa. | ||

Aiming for a 250 squat by the end of 2012 Member 1989, 3168 posts SQ 240, BP 140, DL 270650.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | Sunday 17/2/13 Log 85x3 Strict 90x3 P/P 95x3 P/P 100x2 P/P 105x1 Push jerk thing 105xf,f 95x2 log slipped out of hands and smashed wrist on edge, ouch!! 95x4 18" Deads Beltless and DOH 50x10 150x6 190x3 Belt on 230x1 DOH PB 260x1 DOH PB 280x1 Mixed Grip (strapless PB) 300x1 Straps P fookin B (plus amusing equipment failure) Farmers 100 x20m Medley Farmers,keg,sandbag all x10m 100kg farmers, 100 keg, 100 sandbag 120 farmers, 100 keg 100, bag 130 farmers, 100 keg, 100 bag bit slow. 100 bag x10m fast Farmers 140 x10m quite hard, hamstrings knackered. Log is coming back to where it was before, shoulder feels ok up to 3 reps. Really, really happy to finally get my first 300kg 18" and it felt like there was more there too. Need to sort out some proper blocks to pull from though. | ||
