did a set of 100 rep body wieght sqauts with bar as part of my 20 mins cardio will they be of any use and worth doing again? got the lactic acid going like mad

Any use for what?

They'll be useful for getting better at doing lots of reps with a light weight, but I can't see how they'll help with any strength goals.

I did 30 reps with body weight on the bar once, it was horrific. My main problem was pins and needles in my hands and arms, not actually squatting!

I took it to mean an empty bar. Bodyweight plus bar.

thankfully someone was on my wave length once iv done this for a couple of months and not got comps coming up i will have ago at 100x105kg even if it take me an hour to do it
