boar,top question man. world of difference mate. in my olympic training the aim was to get a weight off the deck and above my head and back down as fast as poss, a snatch wud take seconds 5max maybe. then you sit ur ass down. thats it, piss. training wise doing 3reps is 'repping out'. Other than squats i never in 10years did more than 3 reps with anything.

strongman, f**k me. you boys just keep going and going.i never realised the conditioning involved, your all alot fitter than the general public are led to believe. strongman im my opinion is fairer, the weights are what they are, deal with it. NO excuses, strongest man wins. no tactics no nothing. f**kin tremendous!!!!!

these done just as abit of a warm up for stones. heard just prior to training that the height for stones is 4ft 6. s**t myself with this info as i stand at a lofty 5ft 2....

stone onto 4ft platform

i lapped the 120 stone in twice afterwards just as a small confidence booster, no attempt at lobbing it anywhere tho.
