I'm feeling as strong as ive ever felt, probably due to the fact I'm heavier than I've ever been. Bit of a s**tter tonight tonight tho. Plan was to have 2 easyish pressing days (yesterday & today) and then hit it hard on weds.. Trainings 06.03.12 cgbp 60 x 10 60 x 10 100 x 6 100 x 6 120 x 5 120 x 5 130 x 5 130 x 5 130 x 5 Abandoned there due to bicep pain. Well not really pain but a deep arse ache than only alcohol will numb! Abit dissapointed, icing it again tonight, ill probably cut all pressing out for a while now | ||
