last night bench start breaking in my new f6(46) for the english. barx20,65x5,85x3,105x1,125x1,140x1,150x1,shirt on four board(index on ring),170x3,190x5, shirt off three board(pinkie on ring),140x12,160x3 finito....not had a snickers for a week now f**king killing me this dieting got to keep under a hundred though

Nice bit of benching. 190x5 of 4 board is tough. May have to try some 4 board work along with the 2-3. Last time I tried it (few years ago) it felt harder than the 3?

Last nights bench...20x10,65x5,85x3,105x2,125x2,145x2,f6 on 3board with commands(6 inch)170x2,185x2,200x1 couldn't hold it at top but pressed off board. shirt off 165x3 off 3board felt that shoulder so left it at that

squat and deads...squat 42 cent on straps down..20x10,65kgx5,105x2,145x2,wraps on and belt 185x2, straps up 205x1,225x1 (good depth kept wraps loose) deadlift(sumo 42 cent) 105x2,145x2,185x2,205x1, straps up belt on and chalk for last set 240kg x3 finito
