solid Close grip. how far in is it from your normal bench grip.

i take around a hands width in for my close grip and one and half hand width for narrow grip.

Well another long day started at seven this morning, got to train at eight after a thirteen hour shift. No headache today tho. here it is in kilograms.

230x3 belt on, bloody easy took 30 mins.

bench started at 9.15, pinkies on ring flat footed.
