used f6 in the end 46 instead of fury 48 really glad. Thanks to mr.burgess p/l warrior, jas and all the power press crew for there help and a great comp.
Marc you lifted well mate best ive seen you lift, smashing little comp wasnt it? It is Aaran the legend and maybe the best PL coach int country that is the PL warrior though no one else works so hard and so effectively running the platform, loading, picking attempts etc.

conv deads(defecit 1.5 inch) 65x3,105x3,145x3,185x3,205x3(far too much weight need more DE)
box squats(12inch)with pause 65x3,85x3,105x3(build on these 10kg a week)
sldl 65x5,105x5,145x5
bent rows(underhand grip) 105x8,105x8
stick with this for six weeks build weights gradually lower weight on defecits...food time

yes Iain total pb mate. just want a 700+ total in march at british masters. like you know as well as anyone Iain its just picking the right openers, getting the equipment on right and going balls to the wall. Thats what makes equipped powerlifting so good mate

well learnt a lesson today don't dead twice in a week, felt old chest injury while dead lifting.
