Then I couldn't be arsed to do it again as I was in and out quickly today. | ||

As a rule of thumb I've always tried to get a frontee set of 5 with my intended clean. If I can x5 it I've got the legs. What colour was your Tshirt when you were training? | ||

the UK's leading expert in bio mechanics Member 1973, 7379 posts | I hit 125x5 a few weeks ago, and had I got under it I expect I could have ground it out, so sounds about right to me. It was red. Which tied in nicely I think with the red in my knee sleeves and shoes. Pretty dapper today I must say. | ||

I don't think I have ever done a set of 5 with what I can clean, but then again I never fail a clean on standing on either, I always botch the pull if I miss something or lose positions. | ||
