The front squats were tough, the last rep was one of the hardest fought squats I've done in a LONG time! I think 400lb x 5 DL is some sort of milestone on the comeback trail too | ||

New squat technique is improving, I had lots of energy, did plenty of work and was happy with the weights I shifted.
