Barbell Row 110kg x 5

Dips x 20
Pull Ups x 20
Sit ups x 20

Great session! The front squats were tough, the last rep was one of the hardest fought squats I've done in a LONG time! I think 400lb x 5 DL is some sort of milestone on the comeback trail too Happy

Really enjoyed that. New squat technique is improving, I had lots of energy, did plenty of work and was happy with the weights I shifted. I think that's possibly my best session yet on the comeback trail Happy Feeling very positive.
