More soft tissue work needed. | ||

Nailed a 165kg squat PB last night and spent an hour with Hannah Powell tearing my snatch apart, very useful! The paused stuff can be useful for both reinforcing positions, and diminishing the stretch shortening cycle. I usually just chuck a few in when I can't be arsed with high weight or reps, and want to do something useful without killing myself | ||

I can do paused squats day in day out. I have never spent any time 'tearing my snatch apart.' | ||
