Good mix of weightlifting and other random weighted exercises in here

Good to see... The weightlifting that is

If your technique is good then I can understand why the other stuff will help maintain excellent mobility and strong positioning

I know it was enforced change but you are making the best of a s**t situation i am sitting about 110kg but lean been bb for a year starting to push again, i want to do a masters comp strongman or pl next year but no rush.

Last couple of days

Hang snatch
80kg 2 x 2
90kg

Block clean jerk
120kg
130kg PB

Squat
150kg x 5
140kg x 6 PB

Bench
120kg x 5

The block c/jerk was particularly good, matching my best clean from the floor (where I missed the jerk) and matched my best jerk from a rack. So to put them together off blocks made for a chuffed Dave Happy

Next one is January 24th I think, Nottingham. I shall aim to add 10kg to total 220kg Happy

I feel my snatch is beginning to lag a little in comparison, although hardly surprising considering the remains of my left shoulder, it is nonetheless frustrating. Still, improvements are being made, and when I finally burst through this f**king 100kg barrier I think it'll move on quickly! (Missed it twice off blocks yesterday, both by ther narrowest of margins, I think my 'f**kS SAKE!' is still echoing round the gym Grin )
