I had a very easy "warmup" for my 100kg X 100 rep DL tomorrow. I did 20 reps with the 100kg in 40 seconds. It was meant to make me feel more confident. It's done the exact opposite. For all it was easy enough, the thought of doing 80 more reps on top of that was let's say..........."worrying". I think that I'll have to take my first rest at the 35-40 rep mark which isn't ideal. It would be so much easier, mentally, if I could get half way before taking my first breather.
I've got to go for it though.

Well I have done my little bit today so its feet up and wait to watch the Boarcam of sats lifting. Good luck guys!
I also had a near pefect post work out nutrition today; suckling pig, fryed potatos, sauerkraut and beer. That's all mirco and macro nutrients in perfect balance!

Should report that I'm in fine fettle and all looks rosey.
Will anyone be bringing along some talc? It'll save me dragging my arse to Tescos before I set off.

By the way, to all people coming who aren't familiar with Adlington, make sure you dress for COLD weather and bring plenty of food/liquids, there aren't any showers. And remember a couple of quid for the Adlington coffers!
