I'd love to say let's go head to head but I see it more as a personal challenge rather than trying to beat anybody else. If I finish in a decent time (the 6 min target would be great but even 10 mins wouldn't be too bad) I'll be more than happy enough.

lean bodyweight is the way to go, hayden would have to lift about 65kg

Why don't you worry about squatting 300lbs or deadlifting 400lbs before concentrating about the only thing you're good at Wink

Gutted to say I don't think I'll be lifting tomorrow as I've felt like utter s**te today (not been too clever all week really). Will hopefully still be coming along to watch though, but I don't think lifting would be a good idea at all.

LOL Alex, I'm sure I could pull 205 at my current bodyweight (89 kilos) which is a lot stronger than your 180 at 82-83 kilos? Plus I haven't cheated like you Wink

s**t news Millsy, see how you feel mate, I doubt I'll be deadlifting but I'll probably give benching a bash even if I might not get what I was hoping for.
