I'm Thinking maybe squat for double (maybe box squat if available?), bench press and snatch pull.

Time to start seeing if we would have any interest for another meet at Adlington on the last Saturday before Christmas (Saturday 22nd December).
Would be an ideal date to build upto some nice lifts before Christmas hits and training hits the back burner for most for a while. Just over 9 weeks away.
Any members who can't make it could of course video their lifts from home and post them up as we did the other day. All we need is at least 5 or 6 faces at Adders again and we can have a cracking session.

Rob if you are planning this I think you need to personally ask Alan if he does not mind, as at the end of the day the club, building is his.

Hi Joe, sorry I have been meaning to speak to Alan about it - I thought I would be able to get to an afternoon session recently but haven't made it. He gave the impression last time that it was ok to do it though and has always told me in the past to bring as many mates down as I want providing I pass him on some money. The majority of people there will either train at adders or have trained at adders.. Everybody paid Alan last time yes, I was going to get £3-4 from everyone this time round to raise a little more for the club.
