LOL you f**ker.
PB in spot-and-loading to Rob, whose tireless efforts were much appreciated and now understands just how knackering it is!
It was great to see Jim squatting up close.

I thoroughly enjoyed the day it must be a record for the highest number of powerlifters per square foot!

Is someone going to explain what the f**k all this was about ? I missed this but word on the street is
1. He stopped for many rests. SO FAIL
2. He puked somewhere in between. SO FAIL
3. He walked off into the night (approx 0 degrees) wearing the same sweat-stained t shirt and shorts he had rested and puked in. SO LUCKY TO BE ALIVE
I don't know the man, nad certainly don't wish him any harm, but someone must know him and I suggest that those people have a word with him for his own good. This forum is full of people who aren't wired up right, but even amongst this select company he stands out.
Whoever you are, have a vey happy christmas and all the best for the new year, but for f**k's sake.

FP, there was no puking involved and there are also other kind of challenges and events out there than powerlifting.
Pete is not wired right, but for different reasons than this challenge

Big well done to everyone who lifted yesterday, some very impressive stuff.
Tony - good to meet you and great to see you pull 300kg.
Aaron - awesome bench! Going out on the lash the night before is what true champions are made of
Pete - that must have taken a lot of balls, as Pete says you are one crazy mofo, but you have a big heart - true mind over matter stuff. Next time you'll have to keep your hands on the bar for the entire set
Also well done to Little A, big Phil, Rick, tokar, Alex and anyone else I've forgotten who stepped up to the platform and gave it their all.

I preferred competing to be honest Rick, not sure why you're so keen on loading
Aye it was great to see Jim playing with huge weights, Bryn got an ace photo of him under the bar and a load of others. Boar got a load too - will get them up now.
Big thanks to Boar for all his tireless work videoing and then getting them up on YouTube - he got pretty much everyones PBs on video which is some feat considering how many people were lifting. Thanks mate!
-- I've updated the results sheet with people who took their lifts from videos at home!
