s**t mate really sorry to hear about the state of your back! Hope you can recover soon - look on the bright side poundstone herniated a disc compltely and 3 years later deadlifted 800#x9, it's not the end of the world for you big guy.

2x20kg one hand plate pinch with 5kg of loose chain through the middle of the plates. I would like to pinch 2x25kg this year. As far as i know, no one has done that yet.

Loads of grip stuff. Inch DB pulls felt a little off (cold spell of weather again), but 2x20kg plates (the narrower ones) felt easy with either hand.

CoC#2 is strong and will stop most guys who lift! CoC#3 is the benchmark. CoC#4 and you are a freak. I made the CoC#4 my only goal for a while a few years ago, and got it to 2mm but never shut that beast. Who knows, one day? 20 stone on bathroom scales is impressive mate! I can beat it though, all i gotta do is stand on the scales and it's a lot easier HA HA .... Wink
