I often have issues deciding on what scoop to invest in whilst distributing my protein powder into my shaker. This site helped to resolve my issue.

On the Plastic Scoop (Large)

Quote: I fell into a deep depression for several years after being unable to transfer my protein powder into a shaker. I would try to use my mouth as a transportation unit, spitting the powder into the shaker, however found it impossible not to cough and get loads of powder all over my shoes, which led to me losing my job, my wife left me and my kids wouldnt talk to me. Then those boffins at Myprotein invented this thing called a 'scoop'. It is similar to a spoon but deeper. Its an amazing piece of kit and I have refound my confidence and am now dating a page 3 model and have been mistaken for Ronnie Coleman on several occasions (I am caucasion). Thank Myprotein, you guys turned my life around

There are many more on this fantastic product from MyProtein. At 59p, it's a real bargain. If you are still unsure, please read the other 19 reviews here http://www.myprotein.com/UK/products/plastic_scoop_(large)#rev...

This one was set for us at Uni by our lecturer as part of our coursework:

Today, I’ve concluded some business in the land of the lion-fish. Tomorrow evening I’ll be enjoying a steak in the rocks. I think of this steak whenever I see the fin of a particular flagship carrier. I’ll be on their 400 seater to tinsel town the following morning.

Answer Riddle like this: first city name, second city name, type of steak, airline to third city, flight number, third city name, scheduled arrival date and time

So instead of going down as the lightest man in history to deadlift 800, I can be the t**t who just didn't give a s**t? That does sound more our style...

Out of interest, if it came down to it and it was either pull 362.5kg for lets say a podium finish overall, or have a go at 365 to get over 800lbs....what would you do?
