Peanut butter by the spoonful. Not all of them are 'low carb' but sainsburys own brand is one of the best one I have found (and only 70p or so a jar)

It actually comes in a plastic jar which means it doesnt break when kept in a kit bag for preworkout!

Saw this on fb, interview with lalas after his win. Apparently the secret to his success is "girly exercises" to strengthen his core.

I dont think I had ever seen an interview with him, but now I like him more..... He is awesome

And has a funny mix of Irish in his voice lol

Are you using a hook grip? Looks as if you are, but not releasing it. Watched a video of a lifter saying to release the hook during the lift as its harder to hold the bar at the top with hook grip. I tried it and it felt better. May be completely wrong though!

Muscles are usually tight because they are weak (basically have to work harder to do their job) Back pain is usually caused by weab abs (rectus abs) and weak glutes. So strengthen glutes and also stretch/roll them

Thats what I find works my glutes best

I think they should all be dropped
130KG Log for reps each rep from the floor
300KG Dead lift from floor no suites ,straps allowed
140Kg Farmers for distance
means you can have 140/320/150-60 at Englands
Then at Britains 150kg log/330 deadlift/160-70 farmers at Britains Arnolds
Nice progressive jumps as athletes get better and better

This! And what Sean said

But then I'm not competing so it doesn't matter (I think it will be better comp at the weights JC/Sean have suggested though)
The strongest man will still will...... Strength will still be more important than fitness with 140 farmers

And I'd also argue fitness is part of strength........... But thats a different debate completely so will not say that Grin
