I did it for couple of weeks. Didn't do the first phase though, just straight to the other bit.

Felt good doing body building style training but it wasn't good for strength training (for me anyway) maybe I didn't give it long enough for the changes to take place. Did loose some fat though.

WSM tests all aspects of strength. Maximal strength, speed strength, strength endurance. The same way crossfit tests all aspects of fitness, strength, power, cv ect
