By reprograming your genes, I think it means, teaching your body to use fat as energy instead of carbs as energy. Have a friend whos some sort of nutritionist/researcher in Dubai who told me about it a while back

He was 23 stone when I saw him a few weeks ago..... much bigger than 105 now!!

Do you deadlift sumo or conventional?

I have this squat suit, aparently it can be worn for sumo pulls?! I got it 2nd hand but I've never actually worn it

The facebook one says unavailable. When you pull fast off the floor, does your back round? Rounded back at the start can make lockout harder
