Cheers mate
You will be fine, your numbers look good so get switched on and have a couple of weeks of solid graft and go into it looking for the win

Solid performance yesterday mate, showed that you dont have to be fat to be strong Wink
Hope the 'hit by a train' feeling doesnt last too long and glad your not passing out anymore!!!

Preps going ok cheers, its all standard strongman events so nothing different to train really.
Am training as if im competing in the 105s final tho as im a reserve so want to be ready for that if somebody from the south pulls out

How you feeling for the 90s?

Top 4 were

1. Rob Frampton (well deserved, finished 15points clear and only did 1 rep in the squat... just to get a point)

2. Paul 'Cuddles' Carter

3. Enzo Martino

4. Rich Hudson (beating Kelvin Gardener by half a point)

Brilliant comp and Simon Cowdry put in an awesome performance finishing tenth, wel done mate

Carl will hopefully post a more detailed report on here soon

Haha 'do it Toby'...... so you dont come last?!?! Didnt qualify for the 105s so have no chance of beating anybody in that comp!!

Would be fun to compete tho..... wil then have a southern qualifier t-shirt for 90s 105s and heavyweights lol
