There must be some of you guys out there that eat low carbohydrates and still progress with your training.

I am wondering apart from the obvious (meat and veg etc) what snacks / pre made meals to eat later you guys enjoy.

they dont even have to be seen as healthy just as long as there is not many carbs in there

I am not asking for diet advice and how to lose weight. I have a medical condition that is eased by staying away from carbohydrates and when I total cut out carbs I eat as much as I can but end up feeling like s**t and losing loads of weight

regular hard cheese, cheddar etc (Nibble it o its own or add to a salad.)

thanks guys

it amazes me how much of this stuff I can eat and still be starving. looked at peprammi man that shot up in price over the years lol. plus I think my little one would eat it all before I got chance.

picked up a load of mozzarella balls aswell

Peanut butter by the spoonful. Not all of them are 'low carb' but sainsburys own brand is one of the best one I have found (and only 70p or so a jar)

It actually comes in a plastic jar which means it doesnt break when kept in a kit bag for preworkout!
