I wouldn't rule him out of appearing 12 months older, 12 months heavier and 12 months stronger lifting some monstrous weights. If you think about what annual progress he will have had to get to 195 / 228 by the time he is 19, another year of the same could put him at 210 / 250+, who knows???? | |||

Warm-up commnences then is interrupted by Handsome Fred arriving, not only with his European Silver Medal but also driving a brand spanking new Bentley!!!!!! Both medal and motor are very impressive, well done Fred!!!! back to the warm-up, which lasted about 40 minutes... Power Snatch from hang 50 x3 x3 70 x3 x2 80 x3 90 x3 90 x3 90 x3 90 x3 90 x3 All reasonable but not moving the best, maybe it's the cold?!?!? 95 x1 100 xF 100 x1 bit better 90 x1+1+F+1+F+1+1 = 5 Snatch Pull 110 x3 110 x3 130 x3 130 x3 130 x3 130 x3 Front Squat 70 x3 x3 115 x3 135 x3 150 x3 150 x3 150 x3 hard last set, had to fight for this one Not the best session ever, wasn't moving the best, squats were hard. Although i suppose 12 months ago this would have been an excellent session poundage-wise. Onwards and upwards!!!
