imo you did nothing wrong. you didn hit them, just told them where to stick it. which is fine.

monday-

squats 5x5- bar,40,60,70,80kx3, although had two weeks out. thought go 10 lighter to get form back and still didn feel comfortable. maybe another one in there just. not eaten alot as done this in mornign so maybe somat there

clean and press 5x5- 40,40,50,50,60x3 struggling on the press on second 50, may keep it lighter in warm up. was knackered doing these, took so much out of me. on 4th 60k, did the sort od deadlift section but there was nothing left to finnish clean. trank was empty.

rev. grip pull down- 4x6- up to 90k x5 nailed it PB.

10mins on bike. (heart beat read 136 when started!)

overall not a bad session. wasnt to happy with squats but keep them coming. maybe tryin to push the shoulders to fast. dont know. but there coming along. was absoulute f**ked during clean and press.
