couple things,
after some chalk, and also somw liquid chalk for gym
also need a decent belt. after talking with the guys, and pulling my back, could do with one for the uber heavy stuff, well uber heavy for me anyways.

yeah the chalk balls you get from outdoor shops for two quid dont make a mess either, should be ok in most commercial gyms.

Lol, I loved the round white chalk marks on the walls. We used to make an absolute mess on deadlift wednesday!

ouch belts get expensive.
goin to have a look at what ones gym has tnight, sure cnp make some, see if there cheaper, normally a bit cheaper at the gym compared to what they sell them for elsewhere

i wouldn't gruge paying 50 to 100 bucks for a belt thats gona help you for a life time of training

I agree, my Inzer belt was money very well spelt, still hardly looks used and I've had it for over a year now.

Lol, an inzer belt is an investment. Make sure you like it because it will last YEARS. Mine was used and abused by the Sugden boys for a long time and is still in great nick.
