strongman
first time in a while, was good to be back down
forgot my book so i think it went like:

(warm up with tyres first, few sets)
67 x 2
70 x 1

cool down with the tyres again, not sure what they weigh.

farmers
farmers x 40

80 x 40(good speed, faster than last time and easy pick up)
85 x couldn pick up. maybe my back was still struggling from deadlifting, but was very surprised couldn shift these. tried a few times aswell.

was a good easy going session, and just gtlad to be back. shame didn get a pb on farmers, but next time should fly up.

think ill go hav look at your routine then
may look at doing that though. think ill stay around triples for squats and push press. tho may do some changes to them if i feel im getting into a rut

yeah hoopeing so, think thats doable.
i think im hitting a bit of a wall, will see how next week goes, may change program and go for single for couple weeks then hit back to this plan. tho maybe getting back into strongman will kick start some more improvement.

tho my back feels f**ked today, and trainign tomoro, good times haha

no improvement but wasnt a bad session, tried to hit them fast on the way up, more explosivness then normal.

Yeah deffo want the 100kg push press. Be a great achievement,
When I do my clean and press, tbh I only do first rep as clean, then push press rest. Could split them and do more cleans.
That’s if its workout 1, I do push press it
My strict press is wank.
Only prob with cleaning when deadlift, is that after first set, it goes way above my cleaning ability. Could do a separate clean workout I suppose. Tho I do like cleaning and push pressing

75 x 1 WTF fell backwards on clean but caught myself, on second press i was bent backwards. pathetic attempt.

was very dissapointed about the clean and press, tho was tired. hopefully next week will be back up on it. squats were good however, very happy with them.

lmao, was my own bloody fault, was rushing to set off to get dungeon and rushed it.
was gutted. so need to get back down, back to the dungeon crew Cool
is training on next weekend mate or are comps on carnt remember
