225x5
235x5
235x5

**no misses on any of these; only stopped on the last 2 sets because of misgrooving; MM-style boards are VERY tough for high reps with noone to hold the board steady hahaha. Deffinatly up from the 5x225x5 last week, so Im happy

45x5
90x5
5x135x5

Pushdown // Straight Arm Pulldown:
smallx20 // 95x15
smallx20 // 105x12

135x8
225x8
315x8
405x5
455x5
3x405x8

-all done in just over an hour lol. Pushing the pace well
-none of the upper back work was really tough, but figured with the very short rest periods and supersetting I was getting enough work
-getting very excited for the meet; bust ass for the next week and a half, then deload, and finally compete after a 6 month layoff haha Grin

Box Squat (14inch):
135x3
225x1
315x1
405x1 *mid-stance
405x1 *wide-stance
405x1 *narrow-stance - this felt weird haha, not used to narrow
405x1 *wide-stance

Pulldown (v-handle):
165x5
195x5
225x5
235x5
245x5

Face Pull /// Vogelpohl Pulldown Superset:

Cable Side Bend///Seated Ab Machine Superset:
105x15///195x15
135x12///230x12
165x8///260x8

-awsome workout. Mid-back felt ok
-I was planning on hitting between 5-8 singles on the box squats, but I started to feel a little niggle in my mid-back on the 4th set, so instead of chance it, just cut it there
-the face pull/vogelpohl pulldown is a freaking dirty combo
-mid-back felt perfect until the last set of box squats, and even then it was only a slight niggle. Woohoo!!!

365x2
385x1

**all sets touched boards and pressed VERY easily

385x1 - no touch

400x1 - easy press and EXTREMELY close to touching. Shooter thought it did, but I didnt feel it

405xmiss - touched and pressed easy but went off balance at top; wouldve had this I think

2x405xmiss - totally pooched

Skull Crushers laying on floor:
50x8
5x60x6

-sick workout
-the 400 was really easy to press back up, and the first 405 if I hadnt lost balance wouldve been a big pr. Ah well, Ill save it for the platform Wink

Cheers cfiveHappy

Tan - I didnt know Rush toured around here; theyre great! We have a big annual concert festival taking place over a full week in the summer with some big bands (its called Bayfest; we get Tragically Hip, Nickleback, Aerosmith, Our Lady Peace, etc etc). Rush was rumored to come last year, but sadly no dice Unhappy

Paul - Sarnia is actually a border town; without all the border patrol stuff I could be in American in 5 minutes lmao
