Yeah still doing Sheiko, but a bit more modified than last time. I've tried to adapt it, learning from the last cycle. We'll see how it goes. Deadlift... 225ish will be there in a few weeks as long as I don't get injured again! Still trying to build confidence with heavier weights.

"Saturday random" is a good idea I think. I'm doing that myself in my new program this year.

Strong!

You do a variation on each of the main lifts every session? Looks interesting. Is this your own program or someone else's?

New Cycle

Goals are 157/117/222 within 16 weeks. Also start doing farmers.

Squat
105 x 3 x 8 sets

...Doing more volume this cycle.

Bench
90 x 3 x 6 sets

Good Mornings
60 x 5 x 2 sets

I've always hated GMs, but Sheiko seems to love them so I'm going to try to do light ones every session this cycle, to learn the movement.

Upright Rows
40 x 5 x 4 sets

...Just an experiment. Not sure about these.

Pull Ups
bw x 5 x 3 sets

What a f**king cock, would love to know how Ed's managed to piss him off so much, f**king clown

I'm pretty sure it's all for show, although Robert is a pretty good actor. My impression of him from elsewhere is that he's a pretty nice guy. I could be wrong.

I'd bet that Eddie called Oberst up and told him he has a kickstarted campaign to promote and suggested they do a boxing style back and forth. Done pretty well I think! Good luck to him

Managed to have Ed's heat on in the background at work while constructing a giant paper car with a kid who wants my attention constantly Grin

Well done to Ed! Cool

Because we know all the results already? The threads are normally busier when the comp is actually on.

I enjoyed Europe's Strongest. Thought Hicks looked truly world class for the first time, very impressive and a well-deserved podium spot... WSM finalist quality for sure.

Be fluent in the language I'm learning

Care to reveal which language? I have two language related goals too:
- Learn Spanish
- Learn to read Chinese like an adult instead of a child

Gym:
- Powerlifts 170/135/240
- 115 ftoh, 130 farmers at a decent speed
- Be 100kg with some visible abs

Other:
- Save more money than I did this year

Deadlift
182 x 1
202 x 1
222 x f

Only moved about 4 inches. Oh well.. Hit PBs on the other lifts. I'm still lacking in confidence on dead since getting injured. I'm sure I'll hit a PB on the next cycle.
