Bench 60 x 3 70 x 3 80 x 3 90 x 2 100 x 1 105 x 1 110 x 1 x 2 sets 115 x 1 -- PB! All nice and fast. Deadlift 100 x 1 120 x 1 140 x 1 160 x 1 180 x 1 200 x 1 Easiest 200 I've done. Happy with that so soon after getting injured.. Incline Bench, Close Grip 60 x 6 70 x 6 x 4 sets HLRs 3 sets | |||

I'm now completely convinced the over eating thing has almost no benefit for strength, at least for me. Studies I've read support this idea, too. Maintenance or maintenance + 200-300 calories. Anything else just makes me fat, and not noticeably stronger. | |||
