Squat day. Couldn't be arsed today, legs feeling tight and weak, but went OK once warmed up and under the bar. Nothing too heroic today, just putting the graft in.

Reasonably good session. Hamstrings and glutes feeling a bit fatigued so think when fresh the wraps will be more beneficial as the lockout was the hardest bit today so less benefit. Will see how they go.



Weighted lunges felt good and will be kept in for a bit as feel they help my stability a bit.
